As a coach, my work begins with gaining an overall understanding of your life and your current health challenges. Through the initial discussion, we try to understand the CAUSE of your issues and help you address that, through appropriate diet and lifestyle changes.We start WHERE YOU ARE and by taking into account your current life situation, schedule, preferences, and goals, we chalk out a PLAN that is sustainable and achievable for you. Over successive sessions, we review, track progress, and help you create systems that will make HEALTHY LIVING EASIER (even after the program is over), and keep you motivated and inspired to be fully engaged with your health. Since most of the program takes place outside the sessions, we provide you with effective tools to help you remain accountable.
