Ingredients & Measurements :
For Coffee Powder:

1 cup dehydrated peas (white variety)
For Coffee:

1.5 cups Almond milk

4-6 tbsp Date paste
Method :

Roast the peas till they become dark chocolaty brown all over. (This can be done in an oven or on the gas stove)

Grind coarsely and store in airtight container, once cool.

Boil 3 cups of water and add 4 tbsp coffee powder.

Keep brewing till the liquid becomes brown.

Add in almond milk and date paste.

Strain and serve immediately.
