I feel energized and light and mainly I have become more mindful about my food and hunger. Yes weight loss is an additional benefit that you get out of this program but I see it as more of a relationship with food and about mindfully eating and thinking about food as something that nourishes you and it is as a medicine for your body. I highly recommend this program because there are a lot of positive takeaways that you can take from this program.
