  • Pre Program Call – Basic overview of the Program – 1st July (5:00pm – 6:30pm): Gear up for the program. Setting intentions. Tips on how to prepare and time-saving tips. How to deal with detox?
  • Day 1  – Raw 101. – 2nd July (5:00pm – 6:00pm):The benefits, when to have, how much to have, tips and tricks to prepare easy delicious recipes.
  • Day 2 – Beating Cravings and addictions – 3rd July (5:00pm – 6:00pm): Learn where the cravings are coming from and how to build habits to take care of them.  
  • Day 3 – Breaking the Cleanse and Plan going forward – 4th July(5:00pm – 6:00pm)

(We highly recommend that you attend the calls live, but in case it is not possible, a recording will be sent to you and available for two weeks).  

 

FAQ 

  1. Do I have to be completely raw for all 3 days? 

This is totally up to you. You could go completely raw or commit to 1-2 raw meals a day and pace the challenge out for yourself. 

We have given 3 bonus cooked, grain-free meals so you could do 2 raws and 1 cooked meal too. 

  1. What kind of meals/recipes can I expect in the challenge? 

We have worked really hard to give you a good variety of tastes and textures which include smoothies, salads, wraps, soups, and desserts. You definitely won’t starve in this challenge, in fact, you will be delighted with the possibilities with just fruits and vegetables. 

  1. Can anyone sign up for this? 

You need to be above 18 years to sign up. If you have any lifestyle disease or gut-related issues, we recommend you check with your medical practitioner before signing up. 

  1. How much time do I need to give each day? 

You will ideally need 2 hours a day for the 3 days – 1 hour for the live call and 1 hour for food prep. Plus you will get loads of tips in the call to make meal preps efficient and easy.
