A Good Night’s Sleep

A one week program to help you reset your sleep cycle and get deep restorative sleep each night.

Deep, uninterrupted, restful sleep – the foundation for health, healing and vitality eludes so many of us today.
If you are struggling to get a good night’s sleep for any reason, and would like hand holding to improve the quality of your sleep, then this program is for you.
This program will help you identify the habits/reasons why good quality sleep may be eluding you, introduce you to powerful techniques, rituals and habits that promote sleep and help create 2-3 key habits and a bed time routine to sleep better.

Key Learnings :-
– Identify the top reasons why you may not be getting sleep.
– Adopt powerful morning and day time rituals to help with better sleep
– A bedtime routine that will ensure deep, restorative sleep
– Foods, herbs and natural supplements to that induce sleep.
– Using breath and meditation to enhance deep sleep.

– 2 live Zoom calls
Saturday, 12th June – 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Saturday, 19th June – 11:00 am -12.30 pm

(Recordings of the zoom calls will be provided for 2 weeks after the program)
